GUEST SERVICES HAS MOVED TO THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE.

Guest Services is now located in the Southridge Mall Office near JCPenney.  We continue to offer American Express Gift Cards, faxes, copies, gift wrap, laminations, lost and found, applications, job listings and mall information.  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm.  For directions or assistance week nights 5pm to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 5:30pm please call Security at 515-238-9790.

Restroom facilities:  State of the Art Family restrooms are located in Cafe Court, complete with nursing stations and a diaper changing area. 

Public telephones are located by the Carousel in Cafe Court & in the Sears wing.

ATM Machines are located by the Carousel and inside Target. 

Lockers are available in the Target wing. 

Strollers are available in the Target wing for a fee of $5, when returned there is $1 refund.

Located near the Management Office on the west end of the mall is our Security Office.  If you need to contact Security, please call their cell phone at 515-238-9790, which is graciously answered 24 hours a day.

Southridge Mall is a smoke free environment.
